Accountico Inc, a US-based accounting services firm, is seeking a skilled Accounting Services Specialist to join our professional service team. In this role, you will support multiple US clients by managing their financial records, bookkeeping tasks, and compliance requirements. This position is ideal for someone experienced in providing outsourced accounting services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle bookkeeping services for US-based clients.
• Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and client invoicing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients.
• Handle payroll processing and payroll tax reporting (as required).
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple clients.
• Assist clients with federal and state tax documentation (W-9, 1099, Sales Tax).
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards (GAAP).
• Communicate with clients regarding financial updates, deadlines, and support needs.
• Use accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or FreshBooks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting services, bookkeeping, Tax Preparation or outsourced accounting.
• Strong knowledge of US accounting practices and GAAP compliance.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with US clients.
